PulseAudio_Fix issue

Hi I have just jumped from May release of Home Assistant to the August release and PulseAudio_Fix ADDON has stopped working. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it to no avail. The error I am getting is:

“[homeassistant.components.hassio] Could not fetch stats for d4868bb1_pulseaudio_fix_dev: Container addon_d4868bb1_pulseaudio_fix_dev is not running”

Since uninstalling it and reinstalling it I am now unable to get it to start within the AddOn page.

This is for the dev branch. I have also tried the major branch too but I get exactly the same error. Can anyone give me anything that I should or can look at. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have done some further investigation using Docker events. It seems like the problem is caused by the Pulse Audio Fix container dying as soon as it has been started. Does anyone know how I can get more information to work out why. I used Docker events to get the following info but its not giving any reason for it going into a dying state.
