That's what I thought. I just don't want to go through the trouble and find out there was a fix happening already and I have to undo the changes. Thank you for your help!!

Won't be fixed. Zooz implement the endpoints on that device in a non-standard way. Our workaround makes it possible to use them for associations now, but unfortunately will leave you with one duplicate but unfunctional value/entity.
