Casu marzu (Sardinian pronunciation: [ˈkazu ˈmaɾdzu]; literally 'rotten/putrid cheese'), also called casu modde, casu cundídu and casu fràzigu in Sardinian, is a traditional Sardinian sheep milk cheese that contains live insect larvae (maggots). A variation of the cheese, casg...

@forest edge I am not going to post the rest then 🤣

dusky plank
#

let's talk about AIR GAPPED networks

forest edge
#

it all looks like baby poop to us anyways lol

subtle pasture
#

@dusky plank Are any of us even working with air-gapped networks?

dusky plank
#

two guys at least do - one shared a goat

subtle pasture
#

The only examples I've personally encountered were implemented due to extreme obsolescence (industrial machines stuck running Windows XP Embedded, as an example)

forest edge
#

@dusky plank Are any of us even working with air-gapped networks?
@subtle pasture @clear ferry does, he uses the old rotary phone with cradle to achieve it

subtle pasture
#

Are there modern phone systems that still support pulse dialing?

#

A rotary phone generally doesn't work on modern PSTN networks without an adapter / heavy modification

frigid portal
#

The flash button that's used for call waiting is a pulse. It's just like dialing 1 on a rotary phone

tidal bronze
#

@forest edge I was thinking you should join me on a food escape one of these

frigid portal
#

Before the flash button existed you had to do a quick tap on the receiver switch in order to use call waiting.

subtle pasture
#

I was gonna say I still do the quick tap (because it still works), but I haven't interacted with a corded telephone in a few years now...

forest edge
#

@forest edge I was thinking you should join me on a food escape one of these
@tidal bronze why so I could be brought back in an ambulance? lol

subtle pasture
#

Haven't had landline service in a loooong time. I just use my cell phone for everything

forest edge
#

Haven't had landline service in a loooong time. I just use my cell phone for everything
@subtle pasture today's world..

frigid portal
#

I use a cordless house phone at home because I live down in a cellular dead zone surrounded by hills that block line of sight from the cell towers. I use Google voice for a carrier with an obi200 analog telephone adapter. I pay no monthly fees or per minute charges unless I make international calls.

subtle pasture
#

if I ever want a hit of nostalgia, the house is fully wired for old landline phones. I could always stick a PSTN gateway on the line and bridge it to a VOIP service

forest edge
#

is google voice still around?

frigid portal
#

Yes it is. You only have to pay for it if you have a business account.

static schooner
#

Yep

forest edge
#

oh i guess it is, they changed that thing so many times lol

subtle pasture
#

@frigid portal You can always run your own microcell tower

static schooner
#

It’s my main number

subtle pasture
#

Or get a cellphone with wifi calling

#

I've tried both, because the inside of my house is also a cellular dead zone

static schooner
#

My AT&T service goes over WiFi at home anyway

forest edge
#

most do when connected to a network

static schooner
#

I used to use a microcell until that showed up, which was several years ago

subtle pasture
#

@forest edge Depends. In the US, wifi calling is carrier-locked

#

Buy a T-Mobile handset and use it on AT&T? It'll work fine, except WiFi calling won't be available. Visual Voicemail and VoLTE also might not work...

frigid portal
#

The problem with running a micro cell tower is that I would have to elevate it so high that it would need marker lights on it so aircraft would be able to see it. Too costly. VoIP with Google voice is free except for the initial investment in the adapter.

forest edge
#

@subtle pasture not heard of that, all of the big companies support it

static schooner
#

Seems like it’s all plus side for the carriers

subtle pasture
#

yeah, they support it, but cell carriers are assholes...

dusky plank
#

death star intensifies...

subtle pasture
#

My last phone was an LG G6. T-Mobile branded. Unlocked it and used it on AT&T, and because of that, WiFi calling never worked.

forest edge
#

I'm refering to calling, not the aditional stuff

#

I don't blame the additional stuff not working over wifi

subtle pasture
#

It also refused to get major OS updates until a T-Mobile SIM card was inserted

#

So I literally had to get a cheap pay as you go SIM card from T-Mobile to upgrade to Android 10...

forest edge
#

lol

subtle pasture
#

Yeah, carrier locking is dumb

forest edge
#

kind of funny if you think about

static schooner
#

Apple’s iron fist helps here. I don’t think it’s restricted on iPhones

dusky plank
#

nope

subtle pasture
#

You can also just get the international versions of Android phones

frigid portal
#

The higher the radio frequency, the more it's going to be attenuated by solid objects. There are four GSM frequency bands ranging from 850 to 1,900 MHz.

subtle pasture
#

They cost more, but all features work everywhere

dusky plank
#

i don‘t get why android has such fragmented bootloader/modemfirmware whatever stuff in it which can all be locked independently

tidal bronze
#

International phones don't come with most US lte and 5g bands and no band aggregation in the US

forest edge
#

i don‘t get why android has such fragmented bootloader/modemfirmware whatever stuff in it which can all be locked independently
@dusky plank carriers pay for it

subtle pasture
#

@dusky plank because Android is the last of the old-guard still hanging on. It was originally designed to compete with Windows Mobile, Palm, and BBOS devices, and it shows

tidal bronze
#

@frigid portal right now low end starts at 600MHz

forest edge
#

cdma ftw lol

dusky plank
#

i just see those xdadevelopers forums everytime in nightmares and go 🤢🤮

tidal bronze
#

Nopes old 911 band TMO 5G @forest edge

subtle pasture
#

Windows Phone actually had the right idea on this one: Every Windows Phone handset had segmented ROM overlays.

  1. Device drivers
  2. The OS (generic, runs on any handset that has a device driver ROM)
  3. Carrier add-ons.
forest edge
#

@tidal bronze I had coverage on old cell in a bomb shelter with cdma..

tidal bronze
#

CDMA what a shitshow.

forest edge
#

I still had coverage

subtle pasture
#

Windows Phone included a full blown HAL to enable compatibility with a wide range of device drivers, and the OS could be updated by Microsoft even if the handset manufacturer hadn't updated drivers and/or the carrier hadn't updated add-ons.

#

Which is why you have old Lumia 920's still running Windows 10

dusky plank
#

windows phone died 🤏

subtle pasture
#

It did, but they did a lot of things right

#

And the Lumia 950 / 950 XL are technically still supported, for a little while longer

#

They're in the "security updates only" phase of their lifecycle

frigid portal
#

You might notice that your Wi-Fi signal on 2.4 GHz has a longer range than the 5 GHz signal, especially through solid objects like walls. Stations on the commercial AM radio dial can be received from further away than stations on the FM dial due to their lower frequency.

#

WKAR in Lansing Michigan broadcasts on 870KHz, which they share with WWL in New Orleans. WKAR broadcasts during the day and WWL broadcasts at night so they don't interfere with each other. AM radio signals, because of their low frequency, can travel astonishingly long distances.

forest edge
#

for small payloads

#

I remember when people bought phones to make phone calls..

tidal bronze
#

@forest edge I wish one day we will get x2 flux capacitors like Norway. Install 1 right in the center of the country which covers 1 Hz to 1000ZHz. Get @clear ferry to monitor it remotely

forest edge
#

remotely, it might be in his garage

#

what he said the other day he practically uses that much power just turning on the kettle in the morning

tidal bronze
#

Wow. Every country should be modeled after Norway.

forest edge
#

they don't even bother putting usage indicators on the meters, turns too fast to read anyways

tidal bronze

You mean Gee Gah Watts ?

forest edge
#

need to get my halloween stuff up this week

#

people down the street went all out, thier whole front yard looks like a giant spider cocoon lol

frigid portal
#

I was building crystal set radios from scratch with wire, soup cans, and fool's gold when I was eight or nine years old. It was pretty cool. I could listen to the nearest AM radio station without using batteries or plugging anything into an outlet.

forest edge
#

@frigid portal that was why the fcc made them reduce thier power output lol

tidal bronze
forest edge
#

@tidal bronze you talking about his kettle? if so that wire is nowhere near thick enough lol

tidal bronze
#

It's for your incandescent Halloween lights.

forest edge
#

ohhhh

#

you know us backwood people have smart stuff to you know.. neighbors dog can flip a switch

tidal bronze
#

Never doubted for a minute

forest edge
#

instead of Hey Alexa, it's Brutus get the switch!

tidal bronze
#

Why would you call Chihuahua Brutus ?

forest edge
#

oh well see that's where you are reallly confused.. only coastal people have those small dogs

subtle pasture
#

@tidal bronze or just use a smartplug 😛

frigid portal
#

Who remembers the stroh's beer commercial with Alex the dog? Is poker night and the host of the party says Hey guys watch this Alex go fetch me a beer. The dog walks out of the room and you hear the sound of a beer bottle opening, beer being poured, and the sound of a dog drinking. Host of the party says Alex you better be drinking your water.

tidal bronze
#

@subtle pasture they don't have that stuff near his barn. So trying to help the best I can.

subtle pasture
#

"that stuff"? Smart plugs can operate stand-alone...

#

Program a schedule into the plug, it'll work even if it can't reach wifi / zigbee / z-wave

forest edge
#

even cali's can't communicate with each other without confusion lmao

tidal bronze
#

That went sideways pretty quick.

forest edge
#

now i'm dying here

green inlet
#

@subtle pasture , Sonoma and Quad do this back and forth every night 🤣

tidal bronze
#

I know you are.

forest edge
#

@subtle pasture he was ripping on me about my low tech in a barn, nothing to do with smart plusg or anything lol

#

he is just jealous cause my stuff outlasts his, but he would never know since he sells it every 2 years for new crap anyways

tidal bronze
#

Darn it, gotta go to Vegas this weekend. This sucks.

forest edge
#

better make the most of it, it's on your list of places to live in the not to far off future lol

tidal bronze
#

NEVER!

forest edge
#

my friend in jersey loves vegas

#

i've actually never been

subtle pasture
#

I've been to Vegas twice now. Once for my little brother's birthday, and once for Defcon 27

tidal bronze
#

If I can get money back for everytime I flown there.

subtle pasture
#

Had significantly more fun on the second trip than the first, lol

#

I've never seen anyone be more of a wet blanket on their 21st birthday, in Vegas no-less...

forest edge
#

you can sit through those?

#

anytime someone speaks into a mic I fall asleep

tidal bronze
#

Now we know

forest edge
#

pornstar could speak into a mic an I would snore lol

subtle pasture
#

@forest edge Defcon is more than just talks. There are villages, workshops, CTF, vendor booths, after-parties, etc. etc.

forest edge
#

wtf is the after party like for defcon? lol

tidal bronze
#

@forest edge so how many mics around the house. ?

subtle pasture
#

@forest edge Depends on the night, but lots of drinking and techno is usually involved

tidal bronze
#

Techno?

forest edge
#

you should go quad, you could talk audiophiliac lol

subtle pasture
#

There was a giant goth rave upstairs at Planet Hollywood one night

tidal bronze
#

Techno/Rave hmmmm

green inlet
#

Oooh, Sonoma, your kind of crowd. Goth.

forest edge
#

that atx, remember that's daily dress for them

tidal bronze
#

🤣

forest edge
#

goth for us is kink lol

green inlet
#

I bet you throw Friday night barn Goth Raves

forest edge
#

maybe, but would never remeber the next day to know to be honest

tidal bronze
#

@forest edge going to pass by your place Thursday night. Better have the Halloween lights lighting up the skies.

green inlet
#

Any conference with vendors is good fun because they usually close down entire venues and food and drink is free

forest edge
#

@tidal bronze if your flying over head i'll be sure to mow something in the field for ya lmao

tidal bronze
#

@green inlet still got mango?

forest edge
#

here we go..

tidal bronze
#

You gotta try something other than moonshine you know.

subtle pasture
#

Also got to meet the Hak.5 crew, which was neat. They dropped some new hardware at Defcon

forest edge
#

@tidal bronze after moonshine you cannot taste anything else

subtle pasture
#

(Yes, I know hak.5 hardware is for skiddies)

#

"Check out our overpriced OpenWRT router that we shoved inside a plastic pineapple!"

forest edge
#

in my day stuff like defcon didn't exists. if nerds wanted to talk shop we had to do it in secret and away from public eye lol

subtle pasture
#

The real fun was listening to casino / restaurant staff complain about how cheap all the "badge wearing geeks" were 😛

tidal bronze
#

@subtle pasture use a lot of lan turtles. Like their stuff.

subtle pasture
#

I'm like... the people doing badge-life are buying $100+ badges left and right. They're not cheap, they just don't want to buy overpriced drinks

forest edge
#

overpriced drinks.. something about quad's ears perked

subtle pasture
#

Ever had a $13 Jack & Coke? Only in Vegas...

forest edge
#

13 isn't bad

tidal bronze
#

Lost me at Jack

forest edge
#

bad as in it's that much at like lots of places

subtle pasture

@tidal bronze More of a Crown and Coke guy?

tidal bronze

Single malt kinda guy and all the fruity stuff. 😆

tidal bronze

Wine coolers?

green inlet
#

Oooh, moonshine 👍🏻

subtle pasture

@tidal bronze Do you like your scotch neat? sprits of water? ice cube? bitters and sugar? 😉

tidal bronze
#

On the rocks specifically 2 😆

subtle pasture
#

It's nice having a full bar in the house sometimes, lol

#

my girlfriend wants me to install taps in the countertop for her homemade hard cider

tidal bronze
#

Full bar is nice indeed.

forest edge
#

why can't people just drink beer like God intended

subtle pasture
#

I like beer, but it makes me feel hella full after a glass

#

Like, I won't have beer with a meal, because it IS the meal. lol

tidal bronze
forest edge

Johnnie Walker did a GoT tie-in? O.o

Also Fat Tire, Sierra Nevada IPA, Taco Truck lager

tidal bronze
#

Fat tire is nice.

dull chasm
#

need to get @tidal bronze to a proper place to eat and drink beer and whiskey

forest edge
#

that here would be mostly Budweiser and shudder coors

tidal bronze
#

When you @dull chasm get the new place all done

subtle pasture
#

Bud and coors are pretty meh, yeah... if you're going to get a mass-market lager, at least get something like Samuel Adams

forest edge
#

invite him soon, then you both can drink porch side floating away lol

tidal bronze
#

Lol

dull chasm
#

10-4 .....if i even can get away from details and such ...too damn crazy lately

forest edge
#

@subtle pasture Bud plant isn't far from here, you will not find a single place that dosen't have some version of it

tidal bronze
#

Yet to have a bud

forest edge
#

@tidal bronze some compare it to piss water, to be honest I heard that about every type lol

dull chasm
#

there is names for stuff like samuel adams and all that other stuff and it is not too nice @subtle pasture

#

at least here ...but i live in the deep south

forest edge
#

I like Corona with a lime shoved inside it, Heineken i drank alot too when I was younger. But i'll reach for a Bud over a Coors any day

subtle pasture
#

@dull chasm Excuse us for liking beer that has substance >_>

dull chasm
#

just about all of ya are yankees to us

tidal bronze
#

Oh boy

dull chasm
#

oh girl

tidal bronze
#

how deep is your south 🎶

subtle pasture
#

To be clear: comparing against bud / coors

forest edge
#

you like coors?

#

my dad loved coors, i cannot stand the stuff

subtle pasture
#

My local Irish pub has those on tap... Bud and Coors are the only two where two tap handles lead to a single spout
I asked the bartender why that was once. His response? "I mean, at that point, does it even matter?"

tidal bronze
#

If the name of the beer takes 90% of the container surface....we have a problem.

forest edge
#

@tidal bronze uh then 99% of what you drink is in the red alert

tidal bronze
#

Have you see the size of BUD LIGHT

#

COORS

dull chasm
#

we are slow to change and used to what has always been here ...so i guess not wrong but old traditions are hard to break ...you would be tough served to find all that other stuff even at bars here ...maybe in the city but i dont go there

subtle pasture
#

I've just remembered I have two bottles of Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout still in the fridge

#

Hmmmm 🤔

forest edge
#

lol basic beer, use to be so cheap too

#

now they got something called fusion or some crap

green inlet
#

Coors is a west coast bud is east coast.

forest edge
#

can actually picture @tidal bronze milking a wine cooler and @dull chasm milking a beer on @dull chasm porch while the flood waters of the hurricane carry the whole house down the street

dull chasm
tidal bronze
#

@dull chasm drop all these beers switch to Michelada and a Sombrero, sitting on your tractor 🚜. How cool is that.

dull chasm
#

uh ...i dont drink something i cant pronouce

forest edge

lol willy nelson

dull chasm
#

good ole music

forest edge
#

in reality i don't think willie could operate a computer lol

forest edge
#

we don't wear cowboy hats here but the rest of that is pretty close lol

dull chasm
#

its mixed here ...i wear one when in fields or such ...working a wear a cap

subtle pasture
#

I live in a small town that has declared itself the cowboy capitol of the world, so.. I see cowboy hats a lot around here

forest edge
#

cowboy boots and ball caps was the norm when I was younger, these days it's steel toed boots and ball caps lol

dull chasm
#

in cali ....you must be in the north

subtle pasture
#

There's also a local bar called "The battered beaver," which, as it turns out, is a cowboy themed bar... it's a crime that the name wasn't reserved for a lesbian bar...

tidal bronze
#

@subtle pasture where in Cali ?

subtle pasture
#

Central valley

tidal bronze
#

@dull chasm that's all you listen to ?

dull chasm
#

so all the valley girl talk to cowboy hats ....confused

#

nope

forest edge
#

they still do line dancing there Vasiley?

dull chasm
tidal bronze
#

@forest edge I think we might have a problem with that drink with @dull chasm

dull chasm
#

one of my fav's along with Henry Purcell

forest edge
#

speak for yourself, southrens drink pretty much the same as we do cept they tend to smell more foul while doing it lol

tidal bronze
#

Drinking is not a problem but the music. 🤣

forest edge
#

lol oh

tidal bronze
#

@dull chasm tell me you listen to blues and jazz

forest edge
#

being in the middle of the states we have it all here

dull chasm
#

yes ....live ...not much recorded

tidal bronze
#

Better have Diana Krall lined up.

dull chasm
#

i find it loses something compared to live .....some operas do the same

tidal bronze
#

Agreed.

dull chasm
#

like rinaldo ....by handel is awesome live ....only ok recorded

tidal bronze
#

Classical is always better live but great if you have the right room and speakers. 😝

dull chasm
#

i like baroque more than classical ....kinda getting nit picking .....

tidal bronze
#

If I do one more room correction I will have to sleep outside. 🤣

dull chasm
#

music only is ok like a sym....but voice needs the theater

#

damn did we run everybody off

tidal bronze
#

Run a DSP or ATMOS

forest edge
#

with your slow music choice that people listen to while pondering life and reading a book?

tidal bronze
#

So what kind of music do you listen to ?

forest edge
#

I like classic rock

tidal bronze
#

Nice.

forest edge
#

like some country songs

#

like some techno

dull chasm

@tidal bronze wanna really test your speakers with good music ...try this guy ....he is freaking amazing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gBVvGuTKvf8

anyone has any recommendation for a floorplan software (online/windows/os x or any OS when i think about it .. 😄 ) . Want it both for HA floorplan integration and for unifi and planning my network

frigid portal
#

@tidal bronze The chronic pain I'm in makes anger management nearly impossible. In recent days I've pissed off enough people in the HA community forum with complaints about the documentation that they banned me until December. I'm not at all sorry because the documentation sucks and there's no excuse for it.

#

Home automation isn't a hobby for me. sometimes every step I take to walk across the room to flip a light switch is like someone stabbing me in the foot.

subtle pasture
#

Could be worse... could be the ArchLinux documentation >.>

#

I know what you mean, though. The documentation can't keep up with the pace at which features are being added and depreciated

frigid portal
#

Yeah they shouldn't release software updates until the instructions for those updates are written. It's like going through high school or college without any textbooks.

subtle pasture
#

I can't really argue with that. That's how closed-source software development tends to work... it's not sold until the complete package is ready

dull chasm
#

first here is not the place for that as we dedicate this space for just random chit chat .....second ...i can understand the futrastion as everything does not move streamlined as most everybody involved is volunteer ....best i can say is ask for help and plenty here will step in .....also any thing that needs changes can be made be anyone @frigid portal

subtle pasture

It would be nice if the documentation were labeled for what versions of HA it applies to, as a start

Microsoft does that with their knowledge base, since it has to cover so many versions of their software

@forest edge In the case of a UPS... it probably isn't saving the planet

I just run HA on a laptop. Battery built in 😄

Because the part that needed replacement is a giant lead-acid battery...

scenic radish

Yeah that's nice. I have more plugged into it than my server though

forest edge
#

I just run HA on a laptop. Battery built in 😄
@granite hare yea but does the laptop require the battery to stay on? some turn off even plugged in if the battery dies lol

subtle pasture
#

I always worry about keeping Lithium Ion powered devices plugged in for extended periods of time... I've had way too many devices have their batteries swell up that way

forest edge
#

@scenic radish I saw that.. so cruel..

subtle pasture
#

Granted, I've head lead acid batteries swell up too, but they're less likely to explode and start a fire...

forest edge
#

yea lead are way safer

tidal bronze
#

Lead is the way to go

subtle pasture
#

First battery replacement on my rackmount 1500 vA unit was fun. Two of the batteries had swelled to the point that the battery tray didn't want to slide out

#

I had to remove the server mounted above it so that the casing could flex enough to get the tray out

forest edge
#

@subtle pasture may wanna tone down alittle on getting free stuff.. @clear ferry may hear and then we all have to suffer

subtle pasture

Perk of working in IT, they throw out some good hardware 🤷‍♀️

Speaking of... need to figure out wtf I'm going to do about Plex transcoding now that h.265 is a thing... These Gen8 servers are not cut out for transcoding 1080p streams in that format

#

Even with 12 cores, they're still running on Sandybridge chips...

forest edge
#

@tidal bronze you still got to get tested periodically for covid?

tidal bronze

Yep 2 x a week

forest edge

a week?!?!

Yes.

uh.. which test is it?

Probably multiple tests, to help rule out false negatives

tidal bronze

@forest edge number of flights and mom is not going good. I have to be extra careful.

forest edge

subtle pasture

My dad had to take a flight on Sunday for work, they're paying for all his testing

they send someone to his house lol

Its free. Insurance pays for that.

forest edge

how does the home test work, you shove it up your own nose? lol

There is drive-thru urgent care 1 hour test as well. But too lazy.

@tidal bronze no, no reason to. I stay away from everyone lol

Oof, the voltage drop is real... Very left perfect 12V, very right barely 9V 🥲
Not sure if this is an issue with the wires I used or just in general with LED strips of this kind... tbh it is a cheap chinese strip so eh...
Measuring one lane I get about 8 Ohms which shouldn’t drop voltage this much tho, should it?

#

Or maybe just in general the LEDs using this much up on the way to the right which sounds more plausible

#

Tho... would running wires from the very left to say the middle or so compensated this issue?

dusky plank
amber bramble
#

@inner lava voltage drop on led tape is super annoying

inner lava

i made the mistake of getting 5V strips and trying to do my roof outline with them 🙃

inner lava

Yeah but I guess just running a pair of wires to the middle will work to compensate here

Or... can I feed the voltage into the end of the strip too to give it juice from both sides?

yes

Hm, I may do that then. Don’t have to splice things up that way.

It's not a crime if you are just checking if your vote was counted already

subtle pasture
#

@forest edge We haven't won the fight on paper use, not by a long shot... you should see how much junkmail I get every week, it's absurd

#

Thankfully a lot of paper these days tends to be produced from a combination of recycled paper and rotating/sustainable tree farms

tidal bronze
#

I can take anything but carmel macchiato with a recycled paper straw just don't cut it.

subtle pasture
#

Literally drinking a cold brew from a starbucks sippy cup right now, lol

#

I don't mind the new lids, except that they tend to zap you on the first sip

#

Like, they build up static electricity or something

#

And half the time they give you a plastic straw anyway, because some of their drinks basically require one (frappes, anyone?)

tidal bronze
#

Coffee been now got the fat ones for frappes. I like the blended/chewed paper taste towards the end.

dull chasm
#

how is a tree never sustanable and renewable .... 🤔

subtle pasture
#

@dull chasm Old growth forests take far too long to regrow to sustain our needs for paper products

#

Tree farms are designed rotate through plots, and grow fast-growing low-density wood for the express purpose of producing paper and cardboard, without destroying the soil

forest edge
#

All these are made out of kelp.
@tidal bronze so you nibble on paper for snacks?

dull chasm
#

oh my lord that has been happening for years .....

subtle pasture
#

Yup, which is why paper usage and wastage isn't quite as terrible as it initially looks

#

Plastic is a way bigger issue

I’m switching to a synology for nas and synology push btrfs over ext4. Tried to search and nobody agree. Is the btrfs benefit of snapshots and bitrot protection overweight the performance drop compared to ext4. Btrfs and ext4 is the options of synology so have to choose

tidal bronze

Btrfs here

static schooner

I don't think you'll really see any perf drop

I have a 1515+ with ext4 and 1819+ with btrfs, no obvious diff

I'm new to Home Assistant. I'm curious what the meaning of Lovelace is as it pertains to Home Assistant. The only Lovelace I'm familiar with is a deceased 1970s porn star named Linda Lovelace. I'm guessing somebody has a perverse sense of humor.

Hi,

I´ve come across this already working windows software which is using an API to control Worx, Kress and Landxcape lawn movers. I would really wish HA would support my Landxcape instead of me starting it manually via the APP or using the crappy build in scheduler. Are there anywhere to provide this info - possibly hoping this will be catched by some kind of kind developer who are able to copy the functionality into HA? 🙂

Thanks for you answers :)
