I don't know how much grass we're going to end up doing in the back. We're still in the planning stages of what we want to do where, but the soil compaction was a huge road block for pretty much anything we wanted to do, so we're trying to solve that first

then put the rough cut onions and jalapeno in the food processor
I used tomatoes I grew myself 🙂

The salsa I make now I use a food processor. The one I described above, straight chunky. Absolutely, fresh tomatoes is huge for flavor I think.
