I fixed my underground pipes last year as the tree roots constricted and broke pipes. I dug 2.5 ft deep 8ft long to get access, cut the roots and replaced pipes. Crazy.

I ran HDMI baluns from NVR out to all TV's got tired with stream stuff 🙂 What I want to to do is IF shield is playing (store app / play position on mqtt ) resume on HDMI input change. Very happy with direct HDMI to TV. Also enabled full screen trigger on motion on the NVR so by the time HDMI switches the camera is already full screen and then switches back to 3 X 3 in 5 seconds. So wondering what options are there on tasker + mqtt + shield 🙂

normally it does 1 lap around the edges of the room then mostly does straight lines through the middle. it's currently doing diagonals across part of the room, stopping in the middle, going to the other end of the room, cleaning a couple circles, then moving halfway across the room to re-sweep part that it already did

Question. Idk if this is too far out of a thing but is anyone aware of a program or series of programs, locally hostable that acts as a stream that that all the sound devices in my apartment could tune too. But it also acts as an audio mixer that plays feeds given to it and something like home assistant could send a tts message to, where the mixer pauses, or turns down so the message could be heard. I tried googling, but I don't think I'm expressing it well enough for a google search to be helpful. Hopefully that babble made sense

I called schneider electric and they asked if I replaced the battery I said I had because I wanted to get it replaced, then they told me that voids my warranty and the warranty was now void. I never did change the battery anyway, it was a bluff to get RMA quicker and it backfired so hard

But it can also mix in other things like tts messages. So for instance the server runs elevator music, streamed to various sound outputs, then homeassistant sends the server/mixer a mp3 tts, the mixer quiets the music, does the message and then puts the sound back.
