@brisk sedge well, hard topic.. if you use to waste electricity because you leave everything always ON, then with some automations you can fix that. Like turning off lights when not needed, or some plugs off like the TVs and other devices... But still, anything you plug to the power and connect to wifi, even if minimal, they consume something.

nucs consume very less power and i like them! plus they're tiny and 0-noise. they costs, mine is a core i5 gen 8 because 8 thread at 15W it's hard to find. i can run up to 7 VM simultaneulsy and the cpu can still handle it. i didn't install more cos i finish ideas on what to install

my parents house has it, that is 500m2 roughly, but they have the sub panels in the parts of the house they rent out, so that they tenants can be charged the correct amount

they have a 100 and a 50 m2 apartment in their house

We have a good local butcher and usually buy something every few weeks. They've got no supply issue - unlike the supermarkets that seem to struggle.

Here, a lot of butchers, or small groups of butchers, run their own abattoirs and get their produce locally. They also generally have farmers who they deal with, so the supply lines are good. Some of the bigger plants which supply fast food joints are having a hard time of it at the moment.

Funnily enough, the "lower quality" meat used to make fast food burgers is also some of the most profitable for the factories.

I use harbor freight wire stripper, works good... it they are tiny wires, you could use a lighter, burn the tip and strip with finger nails easily
