Well most 16CH NVR's are 300 to 400 now of course you need to add HDD. I am not brand loyal on NVR so anything decent would do. But cameras I would highly recommend HIK since you have full access to binary sensors like line crossing, intrusion detection etc direct from the camera,.

Sounds like something that won't work unless you have synchronised your permissions, check the owner / group of the files, compare that to your user that is mounting the share @shrewd oasis
Also, the user that you have mounted the filesystem with, which I'm guessing is not a user in the HA docker but a unraid user

Does the user with whom you access the files on share have full permission? I haven't used HA on docker since I run it on a VM however I know that on my Unraid I was able to edit all docker files, Plex etc with my user that had full permissions

The HA folder can be modified by anyone but the file itself can’t
@potent zenith I have krusader open and if I look at the permissions on the folder it’s fine but there’s an option to apply changes to all subfolders and files. Do you think would break HA?
Ok well I did it and it didn’t change the owner but it did change the permissions to who can write. I was able to save now

I am using the new Solaredge HASS interface and have transferred for directly addressing Solaredge API thru HTTP. It seems that the Battery Charge State / Level has been missed out. Can anyone suggest where would be the proper place to post this please? I have tried Googling many times but to no avail. The only option I can see is to drop the HASS interface and go back to direct API. Sorry if this first post is in the wrong place. I'm sure I must have missed something.
