im not sure about the bridge stuff on there blueeyes, but i've never added my netmask like that unless it was directly after the IP... you may want to change that to 255.255.255.0 instead of just "24"

I've been on pi the whole time and have been going back and forth between Mint Cinnamon (GTK) and Netrunner (KDE) and want to use the machine for a bit more than just hosting HASS. Not sure what happened to the switch but I couldn't even connect directly to it with static IP settings on my laptop, so I had to reset it. Now I can get to VLAN10 again from VLAN1 but... any link carrying multiple vlans should be a trunk containing all of those vlans, unless you run a native vlan on that link, then that vlan should be untagged or based on any of the other strange propitary PVLAN or other technologies
