base_url of the http integration set the URL that Home Assistant is available on the internet. SmartThings requires the base_url and Home Assistant to use the standard HTTPS port (443). I dont know how to recitify this

if I measure the potential between the ground on the line and the ground going to the load there's 60VAC
I decided to stick a meter on it after I was bonding the grounds and it buzzed me
the only other things on that line are 2 exterior outlet boxes
so I have to go replace the outlets in those and see if anything changes
