Attacking Events for SCP-3114 and SCP-049-2

Idk if im crazy but I cant find events for when these scps attack. Like strangling i can find for 3114 but not like base attacking. Ive tried other things like shooting and used item and searching around and nothing works. SCP-049 has an attack event where are the ones for these guys?

There are no special events for these cases, use the PlayerHurtingEvent

is there a way i can see when they specifically do no damage

like when they dont hurt a player
