#Synced corpse location possible?

So corpses are all client side except for their initial spawn position and force and such, but is there any conceivable way to have a networked corpse, like through spawning it manually?

The main issue is the location of the corpse, not necessarily the position of all the limbs. I'm working on something where it would be extremely nice to have the client position of corpses the same as the server location and sadly sudden speed changes like walking/stopping right at point of death can make corpses fall over into different directions :(

Can corpses be spawned in different rotations, like lying on their back?
Or do they always spawn in A-Pose standing upright?
