DnT on a custom game mode server

I run a custom game mode where the role selection and role availability is reliant on tracking the amount of games played. This has got me delisted as I presume NW did not consider that being an option. The only thing I could realistically do is to just kick them, which is prohibited by 8.3.

8.3 states that I have to opt out of data processing that is not needed for the gameplay or security reasons, and I believe that this also encompasses my needs to run the game mode role selection

what am I realistically supposed to do?

@zinc saffron Send an email to [e-mail] to appeal your punishment, you could probably justify ignoring the DNT from a gameplay perspective based on the email you sent us, I'd recommend going into a bit more detail and also explaining to us how your gamemode works, because that could help your case, the other two violations are correct in my opinion, but feel free to try to argue those as well in your appeal email. Also don't forget to comply with the request outlined in our email because until you do your server will remain delisted.
