For some reason I don't have dependencies I've already added them and now the Lobby plugin is working

Hmmm I think that might mean it couldn't load the0Harmonydependency
I'm being sarcastic btw the problem is you didn't have the harmony dependency in your dependencies folder
Most errors of this nature are generally really straightforward, just read the first couple lines and it'll tell you what the problem is
