Scp106 Ragdoll size is 0.24

Please make than for RagdollData putting Vector3.One return a normal size and not an 106 that come from attack of titan

i know RagdollManager.GetDefaultScale(this.RoleType) exist

but that would be better to use as exit to make every ragdoll size consistent not as input
