The snowman looks nice, but it seems there is lots of noise in the render. I don't know which program you are using, but I'd see about changing the render settings if your computer can handle it.

@grave knoll I am slightly late with the feedback on the COM-15 animations, but there you go.
The shooting part is okay, can't say anything because of the gun's quite simple model. The reload part is quite rough, it's too fast and lacks details. I would recommend making the "pulling magazine out of the gun" part more noticeable by showing either how character presses the magazine release button, or pulls the mag out entirely; and the last part of the reloading when the character releases the bolt should also be more noticeable by making the character press the cocking lever using his finger.

I have another Maya rigging problem. I have almost the whole body of a humanoid ready, but I discovered about a week ago that I might have to repaint all the skin weights.
When I bound my skin weights, I did it with the model combined, as in base body, eyes, teeth, tongue, and hair. But now I think I need to separate the eyes and teeth from everything else to have them move properly.
The thing is, after you make skin weights you can’t separate meshes without making the skin uneditable, as far as I know.
Anyone know enough about rigging in Maya to help?
