i would say to focus on anatomy and line weight. if you study the human body, you'll find that your hand is about as big as your face (though some people make the hand a tiiiiny bit smaller) and your foot is about as long as your head.
as for line weight, the lines of the head are much thicker and wigglier than the rest of them, try to keep a more consistent line weight, as it is a hard thing to learn. also, try to keep your eyes on the shadows. if this is gonna be a model, i would not have shadows on it at all, because when the character moves it will make the shadows look strange and inconsistent.

yea, well i have to say is for my first time its not that bad XD
took me a second to get used to the controls

yea thing i like about Zbrush is that its kind of abstract and you need to practice to get there
its like drawing
with every new sculpt you become better
my first for examplr sculpt was T-Rex head but it was long time ago in 2015 then i concentrated on 3d max and forgot about zbrush then SCP game motivated me to start learning it again hehe
you need as well to study anatomy to sculpt everything properly
from scale to body part propotions

well one of the best sources is 3D Scan Store which has lot of anatomy pictures you can watch
tons of references free
or go to google and search body part you need in its anatomical projection
also if you are drawing that will boost you a lot
you will understand the right proportions automatically
also there are lot of youtube tutorials where artists explain body muscle parts and how they should be drawn
there is youtube channel Proko which is the best place to start i think
