what I like the most about maya is the animation management workflow, referencing rigs, storing individual clips
it could be more seamless though
the UI for that whole part is really clunky and outdated
I need to learn more blender so I can compare, but at least compared to 3DSmax I much prefer maya's rigging and animation tools
