Basically when i use the light block and i already putted at least 3 of them or more, when i try to put the 4th one the block just dont emit light....
if i put the range to 0 and then again to the max the light appears but then it just goes away i dont have proof for now...

you can't put more than three if they are all mixed. (mixed meaning like together, if their ranges collide)
