I keep getting a message must be on a flat and stable surface when trying to connect hoses or power cables to splitters in the flat place next to the bridge by the abandoned mine. I can understand on the hill but honestly even that is flatter then most places I have succesfully connected these in the past. What gives?

That section of road seems to be off. I tried to extend my power cord from power panel at flooded area to the washplant and that section kept telling me the ground is not flat and stable. I think it need to patch it - OR did they do it on purpose to prevent us from taking advantage of it?
