In this suggestion I would like to discuss the aspects listed above. So first of all Workers in GMS1 I find them very confusing so in GMS2 I would move their abilities to be perks for the player instead however you'll be unable to just max out everything you will have to make sacrifices which some perks will be mutually exclusive with others encouraging teamwork and Co-op perks can include things like faster movement speed carry more equipment cut trees faster for example these perks then would be to you as a player and would he on your save file but when joining a CO-OP you'd choose one of your career saves and that would load in your character from that save with its level and perks etc. How do you level up? Well that's easy you can complete contract work for other parcel owners or just by mining gold, and you would unlock perk points simply by leveling up. What are contracts(quests) you would basicly be subcontractes to deliver equipment to other parcels or to tend to their mines or repair equipment you can choose depending on your perks you might perform better on things like repair tasks because you specialised on repair for example. I will probably show some picture examples later but I wanted to get this written down before I forget
