#Rally System (and "Recovery" mutation) Tweaks

  • Base decay speed reduced (from 30% HP per second to 20% HP per second).
  • "Recovery" decay speed is unchanged (10% HP per second).
  • "Recovery" description slightly changed in accordance to above change.
  • Decay delay from both base rally and "Recovery" are unchanged, being .08s and .24s respectively.

Rally initially was designed with skills being able to trigger it as well, given the really fast decay speed. Now that skills cannot trigger rally anymore and the player needs to do quick, active combat to restore HP through rally, improving on the base decay speed would help making health recovery a bit more forgiving, especially for Survival builds with slower weapons.

Recovery will have the upside of further delayed decay and 100% slower decay, which would still make it useful without being a really strong pick.

to add on to this make Rally have a delay before going down if you fall down a large pit because all of it is gone before you can even move again
