I’m using Windows 10 with Intel HD Graphics available as the sole display adapter. I have done all the steps from the legacy fix github (including the installation of Bouncy Castle TLS)

The error message can be seen in the photo.

You don't need bouncy castle and old java. Intel graphics are patches in LF already.
