@topaz thunder Probably a hard drive fault/ssd or background applications deleted files
If your pc shut down unexpectedly then I assume so.
If you have a Lenovo laptop then no wonder, I've seen a lot of these laptops have something faulty
And I've never seen a case when betacraft deleted files. In fact, it's open source so it's verifiable
Unless it was the actual game, some versions as far as I know save things in the .minecraft folder, but it shouldn't touch anything besides that.
