Accidentally deleted a couple squads so I made new ones, assigned to the same commanders, immediately after deleting them. Game crashed instantly.

I'm also seeing this. Steps were like:
- Create 2 squads with captains and uniforms
- Select 2 squads and disband them
- Create first new squad using the same captain
- Select uniform
- Create second new squad using the same captain
- Select uniform
- Observe game crash on uniform click
It's really easy to do this on accident due to: 'Disband Squad' too close to 'Cancel Order'
Edit: For me it's consistently crashing when I try to recreate the second squad. I've tried removing schedules, duties, swapping captains around, related barracks, and archery ranges.
Edit 2: I was able to reproduce this on a new map with defaults and a tutorial start by following those steps.
