Every dwarf, elf, goblin and human turned into another creature. It happened upon loading the game, after the game crashed during autosave, don't know why since I didnt use any mods. I can't play on this world anymore, because when I try to embark with a new fortress, it loads with cave crocodiles instead of dwarfs and 0 pop, so instant Game Over.

That sounds like RAW duplication to me: when a creature or other definition in the raws is duplicated, making everything else get offset by one.
