currently the "deconstruct" button is under the mining designation menu, and the "cancel designation" button is on the top level menu. it should be the other way around.

Yeah, it'd be more intuitive and provide better flow if they were switched.
Exept that the cancel designation button also cancels non-mining designations and for that purpose shouldn't be hidden in the mining menu
Maybe m -> x should, in addition to its current function, also cancel mining designations
