When I create a stockpile and customize it and then go back to view it, it still shows the initial type that I selected to customize. For example, I create a stockpile and select Food and then customize it to only hold certain types of seeds. When I go back to view the stockpile the Food type is still highlighted instead of Custom so there is no way to keep track of what stockpiles are custom or not. In testing so far it does appear that the customization is working but it's just that there is no custom indicator.

Upon further testing I've found that if you select the All category and then customize from there, then it will show it as a custom stockpile but if you select a different category then it doesn't show it as a custom stockpile.

Not sure I can repro, when I create a sttaight-to-custom stockpile that is a strict subset of a default stockpile it always gets flagged as that kind of stockpile. Is the issue that stockpiles which are not strict subsets do not get flagged as custom, though you expect them to be?
