I'm transporting magma with iron minecarts and I guess there are no graphics for carts filled with magma?

Seems like only liquids turn minecarts invisible, completely filled this one with blocks and it's fine

Interesting. Well, I gave you a debug react for visibility at least. Would be cool to have individual sprites for water and lava carts, as well as maybe a generic 'filled cart' icon 🤷

Had the same issue with an iron cart filled with magma. I have not tried minecarts made of other materials.
