#No way to visually distinguish between farm plots with or without seeds

In the ASCII versions, a farm plot that had a seed planted in it was represented by a =, which meant that you could tell how many squares had seeds planted. Without this visual feedback, it's much harder to tell at a glance how your farms are doing.

Yeah this is quite annoying since it's never clear if the farm is working as intended

Classic has been added to the Steam version, so I can confirm this:

^ This is with seeds/growing plants, but when when I flip it to the new artstyle, we don't see them. so I assume the art is still in the works

right, so the code is still there under the hood, but it doesn't have the tiles yet

good, it's just a graphics thing then. I'm sure they'll put it in some update soon-ish

I wonder if manually updating the farm tile PNG to include a seeded tile would work, considering it seems to be able to display the tile in classic mode.

Probably, unless the reference to which part of the png to load is not coded yet. Could be fun to try.
