Whenever I assign a third dwarf in my hospital zone the game crashes to desktop. Tested it with different dwarfs and different jobs (doctor, diagnostician, surgeon, bone doctor). If I unassign one of the two dwarfs I can assign a new dwarf to any job without problems. I attached a screenshots which shows the dialog where this happens. I can send my save game and log files if needed for reproducing the bug.
This seems to be related to the UI scaling option. If I disable that option the game runs fine and I can assign more dwarfs. If I then enable scaling again the game crashes as soon as opening the dialog.

Have experienced this bug also. Assigned doctor, then dianostician, and CTD when assigning a surgeon. Have not tried a different order but seems to be the same bug.
FYI - on the off chance there are other factors at play, I also have an injured dwarf rest in the hospital needing treatment. Unsure if that condition is also required to recreate this bug.

Noticed the same error on my end. Except that it seems to crash when assigning 2nd role in a hospital. Tried different dwarfs etc.
