Necromancer towers don't show up as neighbors

UI does not display towers as neighbors

seem to have the same problem here

First screenshot is from another player,

The second one is mine, where as you can see im literally embarking on top of a tower.
I checked legends and the tower is still active
I generated different worlds but keep having the same problem

Any help ?
