I suggest you to go to the official Revanced Discord server and ask there.
Go to revanced.app and get the link from there.

As far as I know, for Revanced there's a new recent patch that fixes all the problems that were occurring recently but as I don't use patched Spotify I can't help you with this matter. As I said, just enter in their official server and ask there, I'm sure they'll help you with your problem.
