I used python version of the included library https://github.com/jgarff/rpi_ws281x but it generally supports other langages like go and rust
and this is the only program I found that works with midis https://github.com/FreddyFeuerstein/Raspberry-Pi-GPIO-MIDI-player
which is mainly written on python
The main goal of this little, mainly coding project, is to make a visualiser for midi,* potentially taking advantage of multiple midi channels for making complex patterns*, or just displaying each channel in each row.
And with my level of skill and understanding of python, I have nothing to grab on
