Erk - I'll admit, I'd assumed the holes would be on the same horizontal line. Might have to rethink this...

Are those your dimensions done in CAD? I've found those can be somewhat unreliable. I'd be really surprised if they were not evenly spaced and on the same horizontal line.

Did these using the source file in Eagle. Eagle has snap to grid, but not to object (AFAIK). I used a 0.005 grid. It looks close to the center of the holes. But I am surprised too. Going to try draw a horizontal line between them, see if its just an artifact. I guess if it's the brd file, it's what was really manufactured.
