Unfortunately most android phones don't support Bluetooth HID (Human Interface Device) meaning it doesn't receive time info.

Ya it does. I want to make a simple open-source blackberry keyboard bluetooth thing, but it only works with apple devices

I wonder if Android 12 changes anything with the Bluetooth stack...
