Is there is lipo to usb c device? For an Adafruit device like the Qualia hat does not have a battery input but only USB C?

The Qualia board supplies the 24V needed by the display with a boost converter that boosts 5V to 24V. So the board expects 5V, not just 3.3V or 3.7v-4.2V. You may want to look for a LiPo to 5V boost converter that also includes a charger and monitoring circuitry.

I am still interested in which board you are actually using, and which display. When you said various things didn't meet your requirements, could you specify those requirements in more detail?
