I"m guessing you looked at https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-pitft-28-inch-resistive-touchscreen-display-raspberry-pi/help-faq already? Like reseating the cable?
Are you following the directions here? https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-pitft-28-inch-resistive-touchscreen-display-raspberry-pi/easy-install-2. Are you using the OS specified?
Is that a Pi 400 you're trying? If not, which Pi board are you using?
Yep. Pi400. I'll try one more time next weekend with that 2023 image maybe.
