#It doesn’t pop up in my file directory

So you mean nothing happens now when you plug it in and you are looking at an Explorer Window? That is, "CIRCUITPY" is now not showing up?
Correct it is not showing up on my pc as it did for the first board. However it is being recognized by the device manager as a Universal Serial Bus device. And it does not pop up under device and drives.
My guess is that CircuitPython was not actually installed on the board, or you left the B0 jumper installed. Are these all Feather STM32F405 boards?
Okay I will say I did test on my other pc as well, it was after I flashed the second board did it mess up the file structure or something I can’t figure it out. Yes these are the stm32express boards. I’ve been using these boards for a while but yesterday I flashed them both back to back and it messed up something. Thank you for your help I’ll update if I find out what’s happening here.
it's possible something is going wrong on the PC (some new utility software is breaking something, etc.). If you haven't re-flashed the old board but it now doesn't show up then I'd suspect the PC, and trying on a second PC or a Mac or Linux system (like an RPi) would be good.
