Microchip has a new 8-bit microcontroller with hardware USB support. It's the AVR DU series (the biggest being the AVR64DU32).

This seems to fit similar uses as the old ATmega32U4.

What does Adafruit look for before considering a new chip?

Hey All. I would LOVE to get Everyone's opinion on Pico PSUs and where should they and should NOT be used.

I have pretty simple setup of a feather powering a bunch of neopixels, and I'm trying to inject power midway through using multiple USB Power Banks using part # 4090... but for some reason instead of drawing power from the second USB Power bank, it's charging it. Any thought on how to fix it so both powerbanks are supplying power?
