Have you considered selling a dev board designed specifically for the Pico Keys project? It's basically a fully open source version of a FIDO U2F security key. The main annoyance with most rp2350 boards is that the BOOTSEL and RESET buttons are easily mixed up. Otherwise, something like a QT2350 would be perfect.
