For the radio Featherwings, would Adafruit consider selling a version with the uFL connector already soldered on?

when looking at a FPC cable & connectors, how do you figure out which side is UP? Adafruit's guide for the RP2350 HSTX to DVI board shows it clearly (thanks Liz) but if I didn't have the guide what would I do? Bonus question, can the two ends of the cable be different?
