Thinking about designing a itsybitsy/Teensy4.0 using the rp2350b for the additional analog io, do you think it can work in that form factor or should I aim for the 4.1 form factor?

My Raspi 3B+ is measuring 0V on the 3.3V rail. Is the PMIC fried? Onyl ever used it as a Pihole and it just died overnight.
