Rotary encoder with 5-way nav

This is a long shot, but does anyone know of a compact input device that has both a rotary knob, but is also a 5-way nav when you press/tilt it?

I have one of these knobs in my car, where the knob controls the volume, pressing it toggles the power, and moving it left or right goes to the previous or next track (so 3-way). I'm hoping to use something similar as a compact TV remote, but I'd want it to be 5-way so I can navigate X and Y menus, etc.

I did see Adafruit has this device with those inputs https://www.adafruit.com/product/5221 but that's not quite the look I'm going for.
