#

did you copy some image files onto circuitpyt beforehand?

quaint geyser
#

yes

#

Wait would gif files work?

#

Or only image files like .png

I don't know, I'd try sample files from the GIF guide. I'd have to read it

quaint geyser
#

ill try the samples real quick

#

Finally thank you ToT

sullen turtle

Hello

#

So ill send a youtube video that I basically used as reference

#

So i followedthe instructions from this vdeo before

#

and it worked to a T

#

After i tried out the gif UF2 earlier

#

Now the original face in the LED panel doesnt work

#

I'll see if I can find a video of how mine looks like but its basically similar to the one in this video above

sullen turtle
#

do you have pointers to the sw? I don't want to dig it out of the video

quaint geyser
#

sw?

#

software

quaint geyser
#

Wait i can take a ss of the coding part

sullen turtle
#

is there any written material or is it all in the video??

quaint geyser
#

This is basically the process they did

#

Then tey have sprites that the code would be able to read

sullen turtle
#

if it's not working, it's probably because there are missing files. I'd start from the beginning of the tutorial and follow the instructions step by step

quaint geyser
#

It used to work and I followed the instructions as I did in the past. Now its not working.

#

Well the thing is I did just that

sullen turtle
#

also use the version of circuitpython they suggest. I am not going to pay to download the tutorial

quaint geyser
#

Ah yeah no probme

#

problem

sullen turtle
#

you shoul be able to see any errors in the Serial window when it runs. Do you see anything?

#

there is nothing that would "break" on the board to prevent this from running, so it's some kind of setup problem

#

going for a walk

quaint geyser
#

Alright no problem. Thanks for your time
