Hello,
How would I be able to use my own power meter to show that it works so the library is supported by adafruit

if we support it, then we have to be able to test changes to the library, and also test it if someone says it doesn't work. So if we don't have a bicycle power meter to test against, we really can't effectively provide support
It's fine to be in the community bundle, if you're willing to support it
