I've done some continuity testing and can verify goo from the barrel jack to the 5V LDO to the 3.3V LDO to the ESP32-S3 power pin.

I think it might be the USB port I looked with a better camera than my phone's zoom, and it looks like there might be some shorts. not sure if I can clean that up with a soldering iron. might have to take it off and redo on the hot plate, whihc will be a pin with the through-hole stugg already on.
