Does the PyPortal support the web workflow? I have tried following https://learn.adafruit.com/getting-started-with-web-workflow-using-the-code-editor/device-setup, but the device never seems to set up the webserver or start mdns.

Unfortunately devices that use an ESP32 via SPI for wifi access can't currently support the web workflow. The web workflow currently can only work with devices that have built-in wifi support - devices which use the wifi class. The way it's implemented it can't currently work with external wifi co-processors that have a different way of talking to them. (not an Adafruit employee here just an old time networking person)
