#LiPo charge controllers with adjustable output voltage?

I've yet to find a 1S LiPo charger that can limit the charge to 90% to extend battery life - most of them seem to use the MCP73831/2 package, which have specific regulated output voltages, e.g. 4.2v. Does anyone know of a solution that provides for setting the output voltage to, say, 3.8v (90%)?

Let's see, the BQ24079 charges to 4.1V. You probably don't want to go as low as 3.8V, as you'll sacrifice a lot of capacity and won't get much more lifetime. Let me see if I can find a 4V or adjustable one.

The BQ25170 has a resistor to select 4.05, 4.1, or 4.2V, that might be a good choice.
