Question for later re longer range IR remote sending.. I have no problem using the libraries to read and send remote codes, but I can’t seem to get the range of a basic factory tv remote… I have a project that needs to blanket two bookcases with on and off signals for battery operated candles… the remote he candles ship with uses a CR2032 battery and works clear across the living room.. I’ve bought pack after pack of IR emitters with no luck. (On Adafruit Metro)

It's a "wild-ish" variety. Mostly Pinkerton and Zutano.

Nothing in particular came to mind in terms of the design. It was more of a puzzle trying to figure out what to do with the negative space in the design. Everything was designed around the modem, considering it was the largest component. I also wanted to make sure it could fit in a pocket too lol.
