Heya, made my own routine not sure if its any good but tried to do some research on which exercises hit which heads so im not missing out on anything. Would love some input and help <3.

My split is Upper lower upper rest lower upper rest repeat. so 5x a week without variation 3 uppers and 2 lowers.

Goal is just good ol hypertrophy, get bigger, mostly focusing on arms and shoulders so i tried to put them first when i have the most energy.

the pullups/chinups at the start is just as many as i can, trying to get better at them.

forgot to add, the reps and sets might look weird, am just doing double progression so it fluctuates per exercise😅

I don't recommend doing arms first because it tends to worsen performance and increase risk on the compound lifts which tend to matter more.

I would just do them at the end of the lift and emphasize them with volume
